One our step aerobics class held by certified instructor, Briana Hayman. This is a super fun, high energetic class for all levels! A great full body workout with the benefits of hip hop dance! Open to women AND men! No experience necessary!
What To Bring:
+ water
+ towel
+ 3lbs to 5lbs weights if applicable
+ step board
(step boards are currently limited and will be 1st come 1st served)
+ wear athletic apparel or comfortable clothing to allow you to move freely!
+ to protect the delicacy of the dance floor, please do not wear your outside shoes to class. If applicable, bring another pair of sneakers solely for class.
A slow paced class focused on breathing and releasing tension as we stretch the entire body. Targeted at usual problem areas often overlooked and overworked by exercise. We will tap deep into our bodies to loosen tense parts and gain flexibility.
